Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that the printing process has not yet started. Once the book enters the printing stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in specific situations.

If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The processing time may take a few business days depending on your payment provider.

Once the order is processed for printing or dispatched, no refund will be issued.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns.

Each book is printed specifically for the customer after receiving the order. Therefore, returns are not applicable in cases such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer required.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

We take quality seriously, but in rare cases, issues may occur.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 3 to 5 days of delivery with proper proof (such as photos or videos).

After verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution. Refunds in such cases will be considered only if replacement is not possible.

Non-Delivery or Lost Orders
